Created by the nationwide effort of professional motivational speakers who wanted to impact students’ lives on a long-term continuous basis rather than by a one-time motivational speech, the National Society of Leadership and Success (NSLS) helps students become confident individuals and leaders.
Student members are mentored and provided with resources that help them to establish goals and work with each other to reach these goals. The students attend lectures by nationally-recognized speakers and community leaders, motivational and interactive web broadcasts, leadership training sessions, and team meetings. NJCU student members also maintain reflective journals.
The NJCU chapter was established in 2006.
