Graduate Admissions Test Requirements

  • You will need an official copy of the standardized test score report required by the program, as outlined in the Test Table. Minimum scores required are:

      • GRE: Verbal + Quantitative = 900 Total, and 4.0 Analytical Writing
      • MAT: At least the 25th Percentile for the Total Group
      • GMAT: Total score of 450

    The appropriate standardized test may be waived if the candidate holds an advanced degree from an accredited institution of higher education in the United States or the evaluated equivalent of foreign academic credentials. Test scores over five years old are not acceptable.

    • The M.A. in Counseling, M.A. in Special Education with LDTC certification, and Professional Diploma in School Psychology programs accept only the GRE examination.
    • Applicants to the M.B.A., M.S. in Accounting, and M.S. in Finance programs have a GMAT score of at least 450 Total and at least 4.0 on the Analytical Writing portion).
    • For M.A.T.-Elementary or Secondary Education and the M.A.T. in Special Education, PRAXIS II scores are also required.
    • A resume is also required for all degree programs offered by the College of Professional Studies.
