SERVICES
Media Services coordinates library services dealing with videotape and other audio-visual library resources. Videotapes are available for loan at the Periodicals Desk on the Second Floor of  the Library.

PROCEDURES
Procedure for requesting videotape purchases:
Faculty and staff may request the purchase of video materials by filling out a request slip (same form as book request) or use the and sending it to Grace F. Bulaong, Director of the Library.  Request can also be made by using the online Book Order Form on the Library homepage. Materials necessary for classroom instruction will receive priority.

Procedure for videotape loans:
Only faculty and staff may borrow videotapes. Students may review tapes in the library.  The video will be given for viewing upon receipt of a valid NJCU ID card. The desk will hold the card until the video is returned.

POLICIES

• The loan period is up to one week unless special arrangements have been made at the time  of loan.
• The limit on the number of videotapes that may be borrowed is four.
• Anyone who damages or loses a video while in their care must replace the tape.
