After Hours: Help Desk and Blackboard Support

After regular hours including weekends and holidays, a Help Desk representative will be available to provide both Blackboard and other technical support.

Technology support services are offered through the Help Desk Services unit in the Department of Information Technology. This support unit is committed to delivering quality customer service and technical solutions in support of campus-wide technology. Please call or send an email to helpdesk@njcu.edu for your technology support needs. You may also access our general FAQ system. Or you can visit our GothicNet Help Page for additional resources.

Please review the Help Desk Service Level Agreement outlining specific services, priorities, procedures, and responsibilities related to the support of technology at the University.

Zoom

Join "Zoom with IT"

Join the "Zoom with IT" (Virtual IT Help Desk) sessions for "LIVE" training and support sessions provided online (using Zoom) from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM during below schedule  (excluding any days that the University is closed). We look forward to you joining us!

  • At the start of the Fall Semester Sept 1st Zoom with IT will resume every day for the first 3 weeks of the term.
  • After the first 3 weeks the week of Sept. 26th Zoom with IT will go back to 2 days a week on Tuesday and Thursday.

In order to attend, register for each daily "Zoom with IT" session using the Zoom with IT link.

After registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing the details needed to join the session.

Note: If needed, you can get details on how to sign up for a Zoom account here. (available to Faculty, Staff, and Students)

Computer Lab Hours in Professional Studies Building (P103) on ground floor.

  • Monday to Thursday: 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM
  • Friday: 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM

(The computer lab hours are subject to change.)
