Dr. Pratt provides overall leadership and is responsible for the department's operation and staffing. This includes various instructional and public computer labs as well as classroom technologies. Dr. Pratt schedules the computer labs for classes, as well as individual classes or training sessions. Mr. Emmanuel has overall responsibility for the day-to-day management and supervision of Academic Computing, including the ACS Computing Lab in the Library. He is also responsible for managing all technical and maintenance issues in our computer labs, the technology-enhanced classrooms on campus, and the various departmental computer labs.

Mr. Smith is responsible for the department's Loaner Library of notebook computer, LCD projectors, and peripheral equipment that is loaned to faculty and staff. Additionally, he creates and maintains the department's Web site, provides one-on-one training on a variety of software applications to faculty and staff, and coordinates computer lab needs for faculty teaching in any of our computer labs. Mr. Syed is responsible for the overall planning and managing the program of the Center for Instructional and Technological Innovation (CITI). He is responsible for the University's technology in teaching initiative and assists faculty in enhancing teaching and learning through the expansion of instructional media and technology resources. He plays a major role in supporting and encouraging the use of IP video and other applications related to multimedia content delivery and production, as well as the lecture capturing initiative.

Mr. Majid is responsible for the technology in various teaching spaces on campus. This includes 76 classrooms with interactive white boards (SMART technology) and 44 other classrooms with a variety of technology tools. He is also responsible for assisting faculty, troubleshooting problems, and coordinating maintenance issues in technology-enhanced classrooms and computer labs on campus.

Mr. Romero has overall responsibility for the support and maintenance of all hardware, software, and peripherals used in the Center for Instructional and Technological Innovation (CITI). He also assists faculty in the use of instructional technology which includes audio, video, Web design and presentation software. Additionally, he is responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the CITI.

Ms. Chadha is a graduate student in the Professional Securities Program and is responsible for supervising the computer labs one evening a week and on Saturdays. She is quite knowledgeable in all of the applications included in the Microsoft Office suite of applications including Exchange email.
Ms.Toribio is responsible for the department's graduate and undergraduate student staff. This includes hiring, scheduling, supervising, and coordinating the staffing in the computer labs. Additionally, she is responsible for maintaining the department's budget and inventory processes and files.
