The goals of New Jersey City University's CIRT are as follows:
The CIRT membership is comprised of a multidisciplinary team of University professionals who meet regularly, receive training, and participate in 'table-topic' exerciseswhich help ensure the University's emergency preparedness.
Asmembersof the NJCUcommunity, we have a shared responsibility to participate in creating a safe and secure learning environment. In this regard, I urge you to become familiar with safety protocols that may be crucial in the future.
As always, NJCU's Public Safety Office is working closely with the Jersey City Police Department, as well as, county, state, and federal law enforcement agencies to ensure our safety.
