This non-degree endorsement program is designed for students who already hold a standard New Jersey Department of Education teaching certification, and would like to gain a Bilingual/Bicultural Education Endorsement. To enter this program, students must satisfy general admissions requirements for graduate study at NJCU, as well as meeting the state of New Jersey’s requirements for demonstrating Bilingual Language Proficiency. Please note that certification in teaching world languages does not fulfill entry requirements for this program. Students are strongly encouraged to take the courses listed below in the specified phases.
