Professor Dudas has extensive experience in healthcare, having worked as a staff nurse, nurse manager, nurse practitioner and nurse educator. She is certified in multiple areas and has presented at national conferences on subjects pertaining to nursing and nursing education. She completed her doctoral degree at Nova Southeastern University and her dissertation was in the area of accelerated second-degree nursing students.
