The CWS consists of part-time on-campus employment offered to incoming OSP freshmen during the academic year. The number of work hours per week depends on a student's
financial need and the availability of funds.

A New Jersey state grant of up to $1,400 per year for OSP dorm students and $1,150 per year for OSP commuter students. Eligible OSP students can
receive 12 semesters of TAG and EOF. Non-OSP students receive only eight semesters of state aid.
An EOF graduate grant of $2,300 per year is available to students who are accepted by
the NJCU Graduate Division and fit EOF eligibility requirements.
