    T he Strategic Enrollment Management Committee (SEMC) provides functional support to the processes of recruitment, admissions, financial aid and registration; collects data necessary for the enrollment process; and compiles and assesses that data to develop and recommend policies which impact student needs. The SEMC formulates enrollment goals consistent with the University’s mission, develops marketing and recruitment strategies, determines policies and procedures that impact on enrollment, and investigates and recommends retention strategies in collaboration with the Divisions of Academic Affairs, University Advancement, and Administration & Finance.
