  • Scheduling Appointments is easy.  Follow these simple steps:
    1. Go to the Writing Center’s schedule: http://njcucas.mywconline.com 
    2. If you are a first-time user, select the prompt “First visit?” and then go on to fill out the registration page. Please note that you must have your NJCU email address and 7-digit Gothic Card identification number to register. Once you have successfully registered, you may log in to the schedule. 
    3. Log in using your NJCU email address and the password you created when you registered. 
    4. Click on an available time slot (indicated by white boxes) and then fill out the required information for the appointment before selecting the Save button. A message will pop up indicating that the appointment was created successfully.

    Canceling Appointments
    If you are unable to come in for your scheduled appointment, you must delete your reservation from the online schedule. To do this, follow these simple steps:

    1. Go to the Writing Center’s schedule: http://njcucas.mywconline.com 
    2. Select your appointment on the online schedule, which will allow the full appointment box to pop up. 
    3. Select the “cancel this appointment” button, which is designated in red typeface at the bottom of the appointment box. A message will pop up indicating that the appointment was successfully deleted. 

    If you are unable to cancel your appointment on the online schedule, please make sure to call the Writing Center (200) 201-2144 and let us know you will not be coming.

    If you do not cancel your appointments, you will be designated as a “no show.” If you receive two no shows in one semester, you will not be allowed to schedule future appointments for the remainder of that semester.
