‘Understanding the Debt Crisis in Puerto Rico’ Is Focus of Community Panel and Forum at NJCU

New Jersey City University (NJCU), Jersey City Puerto Rican Heritage Festival and Parade, Inc., and Puertorriqueños Asociados for Community Organization, Inc. (PACO) will host the event to encourage civic engagement on the debt crisis in Puerto Rico.  The subject will be considered from the perspectives of elected officials, community leaders, educators, scholars, civil rights advocates and attorneys. The panel discussion and forum are open to the community.  Admission is free.
