In celebration of its 25-year anniversary, American Campus Communities (ACC) launched a campaign that highlights individuals ("university presidents, CFOs, movers and shakers, emerging leaders") who are champions of student success. NJCU's Karen Morgan, Interim Asst. Provost for Undergraduate Experience and a 2018-19 American Council on Education Fellow was featured as one such champion.
Dr. Morgan notes, "At the core of NJCU's mission is student success. Success for our graduates has several connected subsets, including timely graduation, minimal debt, meaningful internships, study-abroad experiences, rich general and major education experiences and auspicious career placement. Ensuring that students have the opportunity and support to complete a world-class education within four years and pursue graduate school or begin their careers is essential."
