Criminal Justice Alum Dr. Jason Williams will discuss his career in criminal justice research and advocacy. Dr. Williams will also share career advice.
Dr. Jason Williams graduated from NJCU with a Master of Science in Criminal Justice in 2010. He is an Associate Professor of Justice Studies at Montclair University where he has published criminological research in the areas of race, ethnicity, and gender. His advocacy work is in social justice. He has worked alongside the NJ Institute for Social Justice, toward the passage of NJ's Restorative and Transformative Justice for Youths and Communities Pilot Program bill.
