Two that many older adolescents struggle with are task initiation and time management, particularly after the COVID-19 pandemic. This presentation is geared towards high school to college-age learners to strategize ways they can improve those functions with STEAM applicability, but suggestions can be modified to support the needs of older and younger learners.
