Sports Management Guest Speaker: Ira Thor

Join the Sports Management Networking Session with guest speaker Ira Thor, current NJCU Associate Vice President for University Communications (interim). Thor, who served 20 years as NJCU’s Assistant Athletic Director for athletic communications, has long been a fixture in professional and collegiate sports in the New York area, including roles with the New York Giants, New York Jets, an ESPN+ broadcaster, regional public address announcer, and national play-by-play voice for the National Volleyball Association. He will share insights learned over the course of his career.
