Message from the ADA/504 Coordinator
New Jersey City University (NJCU) is dedicated to fostering an accessible and inclusive environment for students, employees, prospective employees, and visitors with disabilities, in accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990, Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, and all relevant federal and state laws.
The ADA/504 Coordinator collaborates with the Disability Support Services | New Jersey City University (njcu.edu) and Human Resources | New Jersey City University (njcu.edu) offices to eliminate barriers and ensure an inclusive experience for individuals with disabilities.

The ADA/504 Coordinator oversees compliance with all procedures and safeguards required under Section 504/ADA and manages the college’s disability-related grievance and complaint procedures. Appeals related to accommodations or academic adjustments should be directed to the ADA/504 Coordinator.
