Jersey City Mural Arts Project Sponsorship
Changing the Landscape of Jersey City
As an anchor institution in Jersey City, NJCU is dedicated to engaging in creative collaboration for the good of our community. With the arts being a strong part of our school and our city, we were thrilled to join with the Jersey City Mural Arts program to sponsor 12 new murals.
This initiative allowed us to support talented artists, help to further beautify our city, and partner with JCMAP, an organization which has transformed Jersey City's streets into an outdoor art gallery. Through the years, they've brought works by world-renowned artists such as Shepard Fairey, Ron English and Faith47 to our city.
