About This Degree

The Bachelor of Science in Global Business prepares students for a strong understanding of the global business environment and our globalized economy. This degree allows students to focus on the global dimensions of business, learning skills required of global management positions. This includes understanding the cultural, political and regulatory environments that shape international business and trade. Our program actively and aggressively promotes the internationalization experience by requiring six credits of a second language, encouraging Study Abroad Programs offered in conjunction with the interdisciplinary courses in the program, imbedding in the courses co-learning projects with partner institutions abroad, by offering internship opportunities (domestically based or international posting) with multinational companies in a variety of fields. As a result, students will be able to get hands-on experiences and network with students, faculty and companies throughout the world.
