1. Complete the interest form below.
2. Receive and complete an application
3. Get Interviewed by GEAR UP Staff

Start date will be determined via interview.

What you’ll need to complete your application:

• Scholar information
• Parents/Guardians information and signatures
• Income information
• School counselor’s contact information
• Medical Information

Applications can be returned via email, dropped off in the office, or handed to your school counselor.
