Craig Katz
Director, Office of International Programs
Craig Katz has been Director of New Jersey City University’s Office of International Programs since 2010, providing support services to the University’s international students and scholars and managing NJCU’s exchange and Study Abroad programs.. He has lived and worked in a number of countries and has been an English as a Second Language teacher and ESL program director, an International Student Advisor, and a Study Abroad coordinator at several colleges and universities in the US. Mr. Katz has a Bachelors degree in History from Rutgers University and a Masters degree in Teaching English as a Second Language (TESOL) from Temple University.
Cherly Mazard
Programs Assistant, Global Initiatives
Cherly Mazard has served the students at New Jersey City University for the past twelve years, working as a program assistant, both in the university's Bursar's office and currently the Global Initiatives department. She migrated from Haiti to the United States in 1993.
She received her Bachelor's Degree, (B.A) in Psychology and a minor in Women and Gender studies from New Jersey City University. She is and has been a member of various clubs on campus and other member organizations, and has served as a Board member of the Haitian Students Association at the New Jersey City University.
She is also an active member of the New Jersey Haitian Student Association (NJHSA), Secretary of the Youth Group of the New Jerusalem Assembly of God Church, and member of the African Association of NJCU and Public Relation for Akolad.
