DUO Self-Troubleshoot
The Troubleshoot feature checks for issues that may be preventing you from authenticating with a Duo-protected account. It can check for issues such as: No internet connectivity, Disabled notifications, Push notifications not registered, Third-party accounts not backed up, and Disabled accounts connected to Duo Mobile.
To access the Duo Mobile Troubleshoot feature via the menu, you can do the following:
• Open the Duo Mobile app
• Tap the menu
• Select Troubleshoot
