NJCU's website utilizes a content management system (CMS) that enables users to update content easily. Training for faculty and staff is available on an ongoing basis, and is designed to train those who are responsible for updating content on the NJCU website.

Q: My department is not present on the site or has missing content. How do I resolve this?
- Contact the Marketing and Communications department at webupdates@njcu.edu and let us know. A staff member will be happy to meet with you to review your content needs and assist in adding your content to the NJCU website.
Q. I have just been given the responsibility of updating my department's web pages. What is my next step?
- Contact the Marketing and Communications web team at webupdates@njcu.edu. Website content editor training sessions are scheduled throughout the year. Once editors have been fully trained they will be provided log-in information and access to the CMS and will be able to edit and update pages themselves. In the meantime the web team is happy to work with any department point person to make any and all updates for them as requested.
