How to Complete your Financial Responsibility Agreement (FRA)

1. Log in to GothicNet: gothicnet.njcu.edu and enter 7 digit GothicNet/Student ID number and password
2. On the Student Homepage (at the top middle portion of your screen), click on the tile that is labeled My Tasks. 
3. On the top left-hand side of your screen click on your To-Do List. Please make sure to read through each section carefully.
4. Part I is our policies and regulations. Select Acknowledge.
5. Part II is how you would like your Title IV funds managed (if you are being awarded these funds) click Accept or Decline.
6. Part III is about your consent for your 1098-T tax form to be sent electronically. Also consent to have information sent your cell phone and regarding your email. Click Accept or Decline.
7. To complete your FDA the last and final step is to click Submit.
