Congressman Frank J. Guarini Library Dedication

New Jersey City University dedicated the Congressman Frank J. Guarini Library on October 13, 2000.  The University community is grateful to Congressman Guarini for his generosity, which clearly demonstrates his strong personal support of higher education, and in particular, the mission of New Jersey City University.
