    Technology support services are provided through the IT Help Desk unit. This support unit is committed to delivering quality customer service and technical solutions in support of campus wide technology. Please call HELP (x4357) or send E-mail to helpdesk@njcu.edu for your technology support needs. Also, you can access our general FAQ system.

    Please review the Help Desk Service Level Agreement outlining specific services, priorities, procedures and responsibilities related to the support of technology at the University.

    Hours of Operation

    The Department of Information Technology is dedicated to providing efficient and reliable support services to our entire user community. Please contact the Help Desk, at extension 4357 (from on-campus) or 201-200-3350 (from off-campus), during the hours of operation which are listed below.  

    Help Desk hours of operation are as follows: 

  • (Spring/Fall Semester)

    • Monday - Thursday:   8:30am - 7:30pm  
    • Friday:   8:30am - 6:00pm
