John Carroll— Experienced Financial Services executive with a passion for strategic sales planning and execution around client initiatives and relationships, driving organizational change, and designing and implementing client-centricity programs.
John recently joined LL Global, the non-profit parent organization for Insurance industry trade associations LIMRA and LOMA, as Head of Member Relations and Sales for the U.S. and Canada. Prior to this, he was Head of Intermediary Client Relations at Epoch Investment Partners, a boutique asset management firm in New Your City. Prior to joining Epoch in 2017, John was the Head of U.S. Retail Distribution and a member of the U.S Executive Committee for Allianz Global Investors (AGI), the asset management arm of Allianz SE. John also served as the Chief Executive Officer of AGI Distributors, AGI's broker dealer, and earlier as AGI Distributors' Chief Operating Officer. Before joining AGI in 2008, John worked for 20 years at Merrill Lynch, where he held a variety of roles, culminating in Managing Director, Head of Distribution and Co-Head of the Merrill Lynch Insurance Group. John holds a BA in Economics and an MBA from Rutgers University.

Quang Duy Ho
Associate, PwC
Quang is a Tax Associate in Asset Wealth Management Group of PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) LLP in New York City.
Prior to joining PwC, he was a lead intern at Marsh and McLennan M&A Tax Compliance team, worked as a part of a multi-disciplinary team that focuses on due diligence and tax structuring process for different M&A transactions of the firm. Quang also was a full-time analyst at KPG Capital & Co an independent equity research firm, where he conducted research reports on public companies in technology and mining sector.
Quang has a bachelor’s degree in Finance and Management from University at Albany, SUNY and is pursuing his master’s degree in Financial Analysis at New Jersey City University.

Joseph Iraci
Vice President of Enterprise Risk and Internal Audit at Robinhood Markets, Inc

Joe is a Vice President at Robinhood Markets, Inc. where he is the head of Enterprise Risk Management and Internal Audit. Prior to this role he was at TD Ameritrade where he was the Chief Risk Officer for TD Ameritrade, Inc., TD Ameritrade Clearing, Inc., TD Ameritrade Futures and FX, LLC, as well as being the head of Enterprise Risk Services. Prior to heading Enterprise Risk Services, he was the head of Financial Risk Management, Financial Markets Services Group, and Corporate Risk Management. Joe is also an adjunct professor at New Jersey City University.
Prior to joining TD Ameritrade Joe held several senior risk management positions within Fidelity Investments at both Fidelity Employer Services Corporation and Fidelity Brokerage Company. Joe previously had been the Head, New Business Operations, UBS AG, and the Regional Head Americas / Deputy Global Head of Operational Risk at Deutsche bank AG, a position he assumed from heading the Business Risk Management for Deutsche Bank’s Corporate Trust and Agency Services business. Prior to joining Deutsche Bank, Joe had been a Bank Examiner with the FDIC and served as a United States Marine.
Joe has an MBA in accounting and international business from New York University, Stern School of Business, a BS in finance from St. John’s University, Tobin School of Business, and a Certificate of Professional Development for Strategy from the Wharton School of Business.

Andrew P. Levine
Senior Advisor, Vested Finance Inc.
Andrew Levine is a fintech executive with extensive operating experience building, integrating and scaling business and product lines for established and venture capital backed companies. He has a successful track record producing operational efficiencies to monetize gaps in the marketplace. Mr. Levine has exceptional new business and relationship management skills combined with the ability to lead high performing global teams.
Mr. Levine now focuses as an Advisor to CEOs and Founders on market intelligence, strategic ventures and introductions, business development, addressable market and segmentation, competitive positioning, capital markets infrastructure, organization structure, marketing, product and VC/PE landscape.
Most recently, Mr. Levine was the Chief Integration Officer at DriveWealth, a Point 72 Venture backed fintech firm. DriveWealth provides cloud based API driven B2B brokerage infrastructure to its digital investing global partners. As the CIO, Mr. Levine oversaw all aspects of a Partner’s onboarding, launch and ongoing relationship with DriveWealth.
Prior to working for DriveWealth, Mr. Levine was CEO of TraderTools, an Edison Partners’ fintech property. He was recruited by Edison to evaluate the company and recommend a go forward strategy. TraderTools provides the FX institutional market innovative SaaS technology solutions for liquidity access and distribution combined with cost effective credit alternatives. US headquartered, the majority of operations are in Israel and clients are primarily EMEA based.
Mr. Levine has an extensive international equity and brokerage background. He was part of Executive Management and CEO of American Depositary Receipts (ADRs) at Convergex, a BNY Mellon affiliate and a global institutional agency brokerage firm with 3,000 clients and access to 100 global markets. His leadership positions included the Company’s Executive, New Product and 401K Committees.
While at Convergex, Mr. Levine invented and patented ADR Direct a global trading platform and grew it to become one of the leading businesses at Convergex, generating $40 million in annual revenues. Mr. Levine also leveraged his expertise in global markets and securities processing to design the blueprint to setup the industry’s first new ADR Depositary in 20 years.
Prior to moving to Convergex, Mr. Levine held several key management roles of increasing responsibility at BNY Mellon between 1987 and 2001. This included Vice President and Head of Product Management for the ADR division, one of the bank’s fastest growing and highest margin-generating businesses, with annual revenues of $150 million. For several years he divided his time between London and New York as the EMEA Head of Client Relationship Management advising C-level executives at leading ADR companies. The client base grew from 125 to 300 in 17 countries generating $75 million in annual revenues. Mr. Levine also combined his relationship management responsibilities with building new business in the Israeli government and corporate sectors.
Mr. Levine earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Dickinson College in Carlisle, Pennsylvania and Master of Business Administration in International Finance from George Washington University – School of Business in Washington, DC. He also studied at the London School of Economics and the London Business School in London, UK. He holds his Series 7, 24 and 63 registrations.
An avid student of U.S. presidential history, Mr. Levine has read at least one book about every deceased president. He lives in Scotch Plains, NJ with his wife and two daughters.
Adrien Vanderlinden
Executive Director, Systemic Risk Office, DTCC
Adrien Vanderlinden leads the Systemic Risk Office of The Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation (DTCC), which is tasked with identifying, addressing and mitigating systemic threats to DTCC, its clients and the financial industry at large. He heads DTCC’s interconnectedness risk program and is involved in several other initiatives that are designed to strengthen the resilience of DTCC’s Systemically Important Financial Market Utilities. He is also responsible for developing white papers and other educational materials on systemic risk issues.
Prior to joining DTCC, Adrien was responsible for new product development at Euroclear, the world's largest international central securities depository. In this capacity, he worked closely with global fixed income market participants on tri-party repo services and collateral management solutions.
A Belgian native, Adrien holds a master’s degree in Economics from the University of Leuven (KU Leuven).

Bo Wu
AVP, The KeyState Companies
Bo currently works at The KeyState Companies as AVP - Financial Institutions Group. He has been with the firm for more than 8 years. He works with the whole investment team, managing approximately $11 billion fixed income portfolios for banking institutions. Bo is specialized in managing fixed income portfolios and analyzing and trading fixed income products, including Municipal Bonds, Structured Products (such as Agency MBS, CMOs, CMBS), US Agency Debentures, and etc. Bo holds his CFA and CAIA designation and Series 65 license. He serves as the Vice President and board member of the CFA Society Nevada. He received his M.S. in Applied Finance degree from Pepperdine University. Bo also serves as board member of Pepperdine University’s Las Vegas Alumni Chapter.

Marilyn Ettinger joined NJCU in 1988 with over 20 years’ experience as a financial economist and consultant. She pursued Ph.D. studies in economics and finance at Columbia and New York Universities, and holds the MBA in Finance from NYU. Her current research bridges an interest in both corporate finance and investments, focusing on Sustainable, Responsible, and Impact (SRI) investing using Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) criteria.

Rick Mayell worked for over 35 years in the Investment Management business before joining NJCU in 2017. He held Chief Investment Officer positions at both Oppenheimer Investment Advisors and the Beacon Group. He ended his career at the JPMorgan Private Bank advising clients on portfolio allocation and specific investment strategies. He holds an MBA in Finance from New York University.

Rosilyn Overton, CFP, PhD
Professor of Finance
Rosilyn Overton has been a Certified Financial Planner since 1987 and has served at the national level on the Council on Education of the CFP Board of Standards. At the international level, Dr. Overton represented the United States to the working group on CFP curriculum of the Financial Planning Standards Board, the international body governing education and certification of CFPs throughout the world. She is a Master Registered Financial Consultant, has served on the International Association of Financial Consultants Board of Directors and was Vice President of the International Association. She received financial planning’s premier award, the Loren Dunton award, for her contributions to the profession.
