Logos

New Jersey City University's logos are our most valuable brand assets. Always position the logo for maximum impact and give it plenty of room to breathe. This will help to ensure our logo’s visibility and legibility.

Colors

By limiting the use of colors, our logos will feel contemporary and modern. Other brand elements will give us flexibility with identity, but it's important that our logo retains a singular, iconic identity.

Our institutional logo can be used in green, black and reversed in white.

When the NJCU logo is placed on a background other than white (such as another color or a photo), enough contrast should be present to allow the logo to stand out.

The Clear-Space Rule

Clear space is the term we use for the amount of space that a logo must have on all sides, no matter where it is used. Clear space helps a logo maximizes visibility and impact.
