About the Payroll Office

Reporting to the Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, the Payroll Office is responsible for the processing of all employee pay-related functions within the University including processing time worked, remitting withholdings and issuing IRS Form W-2 in accordance with federal regulations.  The Office is committed to providing quality customer service to the University community and timely and accurate records.    

The Payroll Office manages the following functions:

  • Payroll Services – processing employee time worked as well as manage and maintain direct deposit of payroll funds.
  • Federal Reporting – produces and provides employee IRS Form W-2.
  • Compliance – remits employee tax and other withholdings and to ensure compliance with all payroll tax matters.

Effective Monday, June 3, 2024, all timesheet approvals must be submitted by 11 a.m. on Monday of each payroll reporting week. This change in the approval process is necessary to avoid delays in payroll being processed in a timely and accurate manner.


Office Hours 
Monday through Friday: 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
 
Summer Office Hours 
Monday through Thursday: 8:00 a.m. - 5:15 p.m.
Closed Fridays
