Disciplinary Records Request
Students needing their discipline records sent to prospective employers, institutions of higher education (for new and transfer applications), government or law enforcement, professional organizations, or other entities must submit a disciplinary records request. When submitting a request, students should note the following:
- Requests must be submitted 7-10 business days prior to the deadline for records receipt. For example, if your records are due to a prospective employer by June 12, you should submit your request no later than June 1 to ensure the records are processed and delivered on time.
- All requests will be processed within 72 business hours from the time they are received. Please do not email the Office of the Dean of Students asking for an update on your request. The Office will contact you if further information is required from you.
- The Office of the Dean of Students reserves the right to deny a records request for failure to supply any required information.
Students seeking academic records requests (transcripts, GPA, graduation verification) should contact the Registrar's Office. The Office of the Dean of Students does not process academic records requests.
