Course Registration
Instructions on Course Registration
Step 1: Enter your GothicNet ID and Password then click on the Sign In button.
Step 2: Once you have logged onto the GothicNet, you will be defaulted to the Student Dashboard tab. Click on Enroll for Courses (Open) link.
Step 3: Click on circular button to select the term then click on Continue button to proceed.
Step 4: If you have the Class number, enter the number in the box then click on the Enter button, and proceed to Step 9.
Step 5: To search for a course, select Class Search and click on the Search button to proceed.
Step 6: Click on the drop down arrow of Subject and select the desired subject.
Step 7: Click on the drop down arrow of Course Career and select the career.
Step 8: Once the selections have been made click on the Search button.
Step 9: Review the course information and then click on the Next button.
Step 10: Once the course has been added to your Shopping Cart, click on the Proceed to Step 2 of 3 button.
Step 11: Click on the Finish Enrolling button to finish the enrollment process.
Step 12: Check the Message and Status sections to confirm enrollment was successful.
Step 13: Click on My Class Schedule button to view your class schedule.
The Enrolling Process is complete.

Step 3: Click on the Drop tab.
Step 4: If necessary, click on Change Term button to select a different Term.
Step 5: To select the course you would like to drop, click on the select square box and to proceed click on the Drop Selected Classes button.
Step 6: Review course information and click on the Finish Dropping button to proceed.
Step 7: Check the message and status sections to confirm the drop was successful.
Step 8: Finally, click on My Class Schedule button to view and/or your class schedule.
The Enrolling Process is complete.
Step 1: Enter your GothicNet ID and Password then click on the Sign button.
Step 2: Once you have logged onto the GothicNet, you will be defaulted to the Student Dashboard tab. Click on Enroll for Courses (Open) link.
Step 3: Click on the SWAP tab.
Step 4: Click on cirular button to select the Term and click on the Continue button to proceed with the enrollment process.
Step 5: Click on the drop down arrow of Select form your schedule and select the course you would like to Drop.
Step 6: Click on the Search button to search for the course you would like to enroll for or enter the Class Number and click the Enter button.
Step 7: Review the course information and click on the Next button to continue with the enrollment process.
Step 8: Verify both courses and click on the Finish Swapping button to finish swapping the courses.
Step 9: Check the Message and Status sections to confirm the enrollment was Successful.
The Swapping Process is complete.
Step 1: Enter your GothicNet ID and Password then click on the Sign In button.
Step 2: Once you have logged onto the GothicNet, you will be defaulted to the Student Dashboard tab. Click on Enroll for Courses (Open) link.
Step 3: Click on circular button to select the term then click on the Continue button to proceed.
Step 4: If you have the Class number, enter the number in the box then click on the Enter button, and proceed to Step 11.
Step 5: To search for a course, select Class Search and click on the Search button to proceed.
Step 6: Enter Class Search Criteria. Example: Course Subject, Course Number, Course Career).
Note: At least 2 search criteria are required to perform a Class Search.
Step 7: Click on Search button.
Step 8: Review the course information. The Status column will display the course’s status.
Step 9: Click on the Select button.
Step 10: If the selected course is in Waitlist status, click on the checkbox of Wait list if class is full.
Step 11: Click on the Next button.
Step 12: Once the course has been added to your Shopping Cart, click on the Proceed To Step 2 of 3 button.
Step 13: Click on the Finish Enrolling button to finish the enrollment process.
Step 14: Check the Message and Status sections to confirm enrollment was successful.
Step 15: Click on My Class Schedule button to view your class schedule.
Important Note: View the Status and Waitlist Position columns for detailed information regarding the waitlisted course.
The Enrolling in a Waitlisted Class Process is complete.
